When you say "Vermont Bluegrass" the first thing that comes to mind for most

people is Banjo Dan & The Midnite Plowboys. This band has had a direct influence

This is one of Burlington Vermont's best Irish trio's. I am proud to have been one of

it's founding members. They have come along ways since those days. Please check out

Big Spike Bluegrass, based in northern Vermont, plays hard-driving traditional bluegrass,

with an emphasis on three and four-part harmonies. They feature twin fiddles and solid

original material in the traditional style.

I think this is one of the best bands in Vermont.
